Inés Rivero is an Argentine model, creative, and entrepreneur. Her international career began unexpectedly in her teens and unfolded across the world’s major fashion capitals. Today, her work extends beyond fashion into design, writing, and creative projects that reflect a personal and evolving point of view.
Inés Rivero was born in Córdoba, Argentina, on August 18, 1975. As a teenager, she was tall early and still learning how to feel at ease in her own body. Modeling was not a childhood ambition; it entered her life unexpectedly, when her mother enrolled her in a local modeling school simply to help her gain confidence and move with ease.
That early experience would quietly shape everything that followed.
She was soon scouted by Dotto Models in Buenos Aires and began working professionally while completing her studies, relocating full time at the age of fifteen. After winning the Elite Model Look of the Year Argentina and representing her country in the international finals, her career expanded internationally, beginning in Tokyo and later establishing itself in Paris.
In Paris, she was selected by Karl Lagerfeld to walk in his shows for Chloé, his namesake label, and Chanel, leading to collaborations with leading designers and publications of the time. Alongside runway work, she developed a strong editorial and advertising career, appearing in international magazines and campaigns.
Beyond fashion, Rivero is a mother to Maia and founder of TwentyTwo, a design studio focused on sculptural furniture and collectible objects. Her interests include art, where she is an active collector and has served on museum boards, as well as golf, horses, and life lived between Madrid and the United States.
